EMBROIDERY APPLIQUE'
We provide High-Quality Embroidered Names, Numbering and Lettering using Applique' Tackle Twill. Most sports teams players jerseys used in the NFL & NHL are made using only twill material. It's unique, it's professional, it's classic!		 {short description of image}
Twill is a very strong cotton fabric that is cut into letters or designs. Twill Fabric letters and numbers are then EDGE SEWN (usually with ZigZag or Satin Style Stitching) onto jackets or high-end jerseys. Twill is machine washable, won't shrink or run and gives that nostalgic, upscale look to your uniforms or jackets.
All tackle twill letters and numbers we produce are custom cut in almost any font style you want providing the font style is suitable for this type of decorating process. Twill is edge sewn using your choice of zig-zag, box or full density satin stitching. There are dozens of colors of twill and thread to select from.
