WPS file formats are unusable. If you are going to send a bitmap file, PNG file formats preserve background transparency, while some JPEG do not. Convert ALL fonts to Outlines or Curves: When sending a Vector Art File (Ai, EPS, PS, PDF, CDR or CMX), convert fonts for TEXT to OUTLINES or CURVES to reduce the possibility of font conflicts. Otherwise, we will need your custom font file if you want us to PRINT or ADD text, without your unique font file, we cannot load or recreate the text. Send Original Artwork, Photos, Clipart at 300 DPI, at the size you want printed. Resolution of any image is very important for high quality printing results. If you want the highest quality printing, you should supply images with a resolution of at least 300 DPI at the final printed size. Please make sure that all background colors are set to transparent. Do not send artwork with backgrounds representing the shirt color! Make sure that any Bitmap Images including cut and paste images have clean edges, especially on dark or colored fabrics. Please VERIFY all dimensions of your printing by e-mail. We do not assume or rely on any measurements in artwork files, many times there are no measurements or they are inaccurate!
